Provides sh/csh "extensions" for reboot/poweroff functioning as usual

This packages provides sh/csh "extensions" allowing Linux Virtual Servers with
init-style "sysv" to use SysVinit reboot/poweroff as usual.
Please note this only affects typing "poweroff" or "reboot", but not calling
/sbin/reboot resp. /sbin/shutdown directly!
